CareerDots prohibits its user from trying to breach the security measures in place on CareerDots. Management will
not hesitate to notify local authorities on a user found to be trying to breach security measures.

by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall
survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Federal Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US Virgin Islands and Federal courts.
Term and Termination
As a user of the CareerDots website, these terms are in effect as long as you are a user of the website.
CareerDots reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of
your user content from CareerDots and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access CareerDots, upon any
breach of these Terms or if CareerDots is unable to verify or authenticate any information which you submit to CareerDots or pursuant
to other CareerDots website registration.
Third Party Beneficiary Rights
The parties do not intend to create in any other individual or entity the status of a third party beneficiary,
and the Terms and Conditions shall not be construed so as to create such status. The rights, duties and obligations contained shall
operate only between the parties to this Terms and Conditions, and shall inure solely to the benefit of the parties applied.
The parties to this Terms and Conditions intend and expressly agree that only parties signatory to this Terms and Conditions shall
have any legal or equitable right to seek to enforce this Terms and Conditions, to seek any remedy arising out of a party's performance
or failure to perform any term or condition or to bring an action for the breach of this Terms and Conditions.
